Based on conversations and a walk-through of your facilities, our team will determine your AV needs and prepare a plan to address near-term and long-term goals. We specialize in supporting room sizes up to 30’x 30’.
On-Site Installation & Testing
Nexus experts install all technology and test to ensure optimal performance on day one.
Updates & Monitoring
Nexus monitors equipment remotely on an ongoing basis to mitigate issues and maintain reliability. We also provide automated updates during off hours so you always have the latest features.
Procurement of New Equipment & Technology
Nexus acquires the most up-to-date equipment and technology – all compatible with Zoom or Teams. This includes everything you need to be successful including: displays, AV bar, microphones, cameras, room scheduler, meeting control devices and more. We also have a mobile AV option in case you need to move from space to space.
On-Call Support
Nexus AV experts are on call, with full remote access, to prevent meeting mishaps and unnecessary stress.
